Welcome to the Western Cape Mountain Biking Passport Adventure
Our ladies’ weekends will get you ready for riding those stage races you have always wanted to enter. If that is not something that interests you, join us for fun and adventure by connecting with like-minded women who want to escape to nature’s rejuvenating power.
There will be about 10 weekends away throughout the year, all within the Western Cape.
Keep an eye out for the dates.
January, May and August.
Our 1st weekend at the end of January will be the traditional Trails End weekend.
Ladies… after the thrill of Wines2Whales are you not left wondering if you should enter? During 2022, I aim to have 3 MTB Adventure Weekend at Trails End. This allows everyone to familiarise themselves with the trails on day two (play day). Doing three consecutive days of riding will be a good indicator for the amount of training you still need to do before the race.
With the weekends approximately 3 months apart, you will have sufficient time to train between the “fitness test” weekends.
These weekends will continue into the winter months, which will include indoor training on the rainy days, focusing on strengthening your riding muscles. Trails End has a pump track which will be great for learning important skills.
